Why we're hiring for this role

The luxury resale market is undergoing a structural shift. Professional buyers — dealers, boutiques, resellers — are actively sourcing inventory but haven't yet found a platform built for how they actually operate. Most of them don't know Veliu exists yet.

The Outbound SDR owns the top of the funnel in the pro segment. A significant part of our growth depends on your ability to engage the right buyers, at the right moment, with the right message. This is not a lone wolf prospecting role. This is a high-velocity execution role with real commercial ownership.

Our GTM engineering team builds the infrastructure to identify and enrich the right prospects — your job is to turn that intelligence into conversations, and those conversations into pipeline.


What you'll do

You'll work hand in hand with our GTM engineers to turn lead intelligence into qualified pipeline. Concretely:

  • You'll collaborate with GTM engineers to define ICP criteria, refine lead lists, and prioritize outreach based on signals and data.

  • You'll execute outbound sequences across email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct calls — acting fast on leads surfaced by the team.

  • You'll run structured discovery calls to understand sourcing needs, urgency, and fit.

  • You'll help shape the outbound playbook as we scale.

  • You'll work against clear, measurable, and ambitious targets.

Here, you don't wait for leads. You act on them — fast and with precision.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in outbound SDR or similar roles, ideally in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or luxury/fashion adjacent environments.

You'll recognize yourself if:

  • You've consistently hit or exceeded outbound pipeline targets.

  • You're comfortable working with enriched lead data and translating signals into outreach.

  • You have a structured approach to sequencing and a bias for speed and iteration.

  • You know how to run a discovery call with method and structure.

  • You're competitive, resilient, and energized by turning a cold contact into a qualified opportunity.

  • You communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

  • You think like a builder and want to grow fast in a sales career within a high-growth startup.

Language: Italian native or ultra fluent in Italian.

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound SDR or similar roles.
  • Experience in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or luxury/fashion environments.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
  • Ability to work with enriched lead data and translate it into outreach actions.
  • Strong communication skills to conduct structured discovery calls.
