The Role:
Integrity360 have an exciting opportunity for Junior Sales candidates to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative in Cape Town. We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who would like the opportunity to develop within a sales role in the Cyber Security industry. The Sales Development Representative will be given the chance to continuously develop with a clear training and career progression plan.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will learn how to generate new business opportunities for our sales team. You will be excited to learn and grow and focus on contacting prospective and active customers.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Prospecting for customers, including phone and email activity, to book meetings for the sales teams
- Update company's CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective lead management
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide feedback
