The Role

Junior Sales Development Representative 

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (in-office)

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Develop communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Learn how to engage decision makers in healthcare practices 
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern sales tools and techniques 
  • Build resilience, organization, and problem-solving skills that apply across your career 

What You’ll Do 

  • Reach out to healthcare practices and start conversations about their IT needs 
  • Research and gather information to identify opportunities for our services 
  • Set up introductions for our senior sales team 
  • Represent Dedicated IT with professionalism and authenticity 
  • Work toward personal and team goals while learning proven sales strategies 

What We’re Looking For 

  • A motivated, goal-oriented person with a desire to grow 
  • Strong communication and listening skills 
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to connect with new people 
  • Organizational skills to keep track of conversations and details 
  • Some experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is great—but not required if you bring the drive to learn
