About our SDRs

Rhythm SDRs are pipeline creators. You’ll research ideal-fit associations, craft multichannel outreach, and spark first conversations that become sales-qualified opportunities. Curiosity, persistence, and great storytelling are your superpowers; your north-star metric is kept meetings that convert to pipeline. High performers will have the opportunity for career advancement on the team.


In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Work a focused ICP list—segment prospects by persona, pain, and trigger events to maximize relevance.
  • Run multichannel cadences—email, phone, LinkedIn, personalized video—to create net-new meetings.
  • Position Rhythm’s value—tie platform capabilities to the real-world problems associations face.
  • Partner with the BDR Manager to refine tactics—review call recordings, practice objection-handling, and tweak sequences for higher reply and conversion rates.
  • Share wins and lessons with the team—post effective email templates, call snippets, objection responses, and data insights so everyone levels up together.
  • Qualify every conversation—confirm budget, authority, need, and timing; log clean notes in HubSpot.
  • Book and hand off intro calls to Account Executives, ensuring calendar hygiene and context.
  • Continuously refine data—flag ICP changes, bounce-back cleanup, and contact-role shifts to keep lists fresh.

We’re looking for people who:
  • Have 1+ year in sales development or other customer-facing role.
  • Write clear, concise outreach and speak confidently on video or phone.
  • Love researching organizations and finding creative “hooks” that earn a response.
  • Thrive on goals, feedback, and a scoreboard—but never compromise empathy or ethics.
  • Bring a self-starter mentality and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a growing company.
  • Care about mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
  • Are based in the United States and comfortable working fully remote.

During your first 90 days, you will:
  • Master the Rhythm story via Academy courses—why associations choose us and how we help them thrive.
  • Complete a 2-week Outbound Bootcamp covering our tech stack, sequencing best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Review sales recordings to internalize buyer pain points and the voice of the customer.
  • Finish product training so you can confidently articulate Rhythm’s value in every outreach.
  • Align on 30-60-90-day goals with your manager and review live dashboards for activity, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Begin executing your outbound plan by Week 4—start daily dialing and multichannel cadences on the target account list provided.
  • Book your first qualified meetings by Week 6 and maintain pace toward full monthly meeting quota by Day 90.

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $55,000 – $60,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $80,000
    OTE assumes 100% quota achieved; commission is uncapped; paid monthly
