Responsibilities
- Qualify and contact leads that come in through marketing efforts, in order to book qualified meetings for our account executives (via email, cold calling, and social selling)
- Prospect new companies/contacts that fit our customer profile to book meetings
- Identify new opportunities to improve outreach messaging and tactics
- Ensure proper handoff of prospects to account executives, and equip them with context and research on the prospect
- Become a subject-matter expert on native SaaS integrations
- Stay up-to-date on prospects’ companies news to strike when timing is right
- Use our CRM (Salesforce) and other tools to manage the end to end sales cycle and documentation
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities and results to the team
Requirements and Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, integrations, different softwares)
- Ability to handle objections from customers and push back
- Self-motivated, disciplined, hungry, and curious about everything
- Hold yourself to a high degree of accountability
- Ability to be a sharp shooter independently, while collaborating with a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes and the needs of the business
- A desire to get into tech and learn and grow in the sales/marketing field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft etc.
- Technical background (computer science degree, familiarity with APIs, software engineering bootcamp)
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Enjoys tinkering with AI tools to become more efficient
Location
- Must work out of our beautiful office in Westwood, Los Angeles 3 days a week!
