About the Role 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and converting them to demos. You will also be a key part of the sales process and the company's success. Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and convert them to demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform
  • Speak directly with customers via phone call, email, and LinkedIn to arrange demos
  • Manage and work with the CRM
  • Work directly with Sales Managers
  • Be a key part of the sales process and the company’s success

Essential Skills: 

  • High levels of drive and willingness to learn
  • A desire to work in fast-paced sales environment with a significant degree of self-reliance
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Desirable Skills: 

  • 6 + months’ experience working in sales 
  • An undergraduate degree in a science discipline 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Experience working within the Life Science Industry, or Pharmaceutical Industry

Benefits:

  • $66,600 (CAD) OTE ($45,000 base salary + $21,600 commission). Commission is also uncapped with accelerators in place!
  • You’ll complete our Sales Development Pathway (inc. Courses, Coaching and other resources)
  • Fully remote working (Must be based in Ontario, Canada)
  • $1150 (CAD) home office allowance 
  • $300 (CAD) personal development allowance
