We are searching for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative with a passion for Technology to join a global tech business based in Amsterdam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Identify new leads and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
- Engage with prospects over the telephone, understanding their needs and presenting our client’s products to support their growth plans.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business, including the Account Executives across Europe.
- Learn from the Sales Leadership team to gain selling and influencing skills to assist with your pitches.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Dutch and Fluent/Business English is essential for this role.
- Experience in a customer-facing position.
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A passion for and experience in technology and software is highly desired.
- Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation is essential.
- Willingness to be trained and guided by experienced sales professionals to achieve success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working to set targets and KPI’s would be ideal.
