Mujin is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a part of the sales team, focusing on driving growth through lead generation, sales qualification, and customer outreach. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team of doers, tackling challenging technical problems to deliver cutting-edge solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to potential customers 
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to identify and target potential customers for cold outreach 
  • Manage the initial sales qualification process for marketing leads 
  • Assist with Salesforce data compliance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information 
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies 
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team 
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the technical sales or SaaS space 
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Conventional robots, even though they are suitable for the automation of repetitive work, were difficult to install in environments where handled products and the surroundings are liable to change, due to the robots’ operations differing by the manufacturer and the complex settings.

Mujin has solved this problem using technology called motion planning, and is providing solutions in which heavy/simple work done by humans at the logistics/manufacturing scene are automated by robots.
