Job Description:


As an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key player in our growth. Working directly from our office, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, learning their needs, and introducing them to our product line. You’ll make between 50-100 outbound phone calls daily to generate leads, build relationships, and qualify opportunities for the sales team. This is a high-energy role that requires persistence, organization, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50-100 outbound phone calls per day to engage prospects.
  • Research and identify potential leads within target industries.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients through excellent communication.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with professionalism.
  • No prior experience is necessary, but internships or previous customer-facing roles are a plus.
