The Industrial Solutions area of Baker Hughes is looking for a proactive, well-spoken and results-driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time position located in North America. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our growing team as we rapidly grow our business internationally.

In this role, you’ll be the engine that powers our sales team by prospecting and generating opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing your business acumen through exposure to various stages of enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 500 companies.

  • Developing new relationships and generate opportunities with key corporate-level decision makers and influencers.

  • Understanding specific product applications, recognize prospect pain points, and how Cordant Solutions can solve them.

  • Performing thorough and accurate account research and stakeholder mapping to uncover key potential buyers or influencers and corporate initiatives.

  • Achieving and/or exceeding qualified opportunity quotas to reach sales objectives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A bachelor’s level degree

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, with knowledge in sales processes, Commercial, Customer Service, or Marketing roles with experience in operations or management

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and proficient with other sales automation tools, such as Outreach

  • The ability to work well within a team, and be able to work remotely will be an added advantage.

  • Exceptional research skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
