We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for Lead Generation and Appointment Setting for our global Sales teams. The ideal candidate has experience in successfully finding new leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Research and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential prospects through research.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Connect with prospects via written and verbal communication, using creative methods to generate interest and schedule calls/meetings with our Sales team.
  • Collaborative Conversion: Involve relevant team members to help convert prospects into clients and provide the Sales team with valuable market intelligence.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights with your Manager on market trends, industry shifts, and product feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage CRM (Hubspot), Tracker, and other tools to meet your goals effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, with the potential to cross-sell additional services.
  • Accomplishing related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 6 years of proven experience in Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
  • Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful lead generation strategies, including consistent appointment setting.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive for achieving results.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities paired with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Timezone Flexibility: Ability to work in the EST timezone.
