About the Role
We’re hiring an SMB Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual early in their sales career who wants to close business, build relationships, and grow into a full-cycle SaaS sales pro.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and closing transactional deals with SMB ecommerce brands. You’ll own the full sales process — from outreach to close. If you’re hungry to develop your sales skills, passionate about ecommerce, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle for SMB ecommerce prospects — from initial outreach through close
Drive revenue by closing high-volume, transactional SaaS deals
Prospect new leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn — and manage your own pipeline
Develop a deep understanding of Fermàt’s product and effectively communicate its value
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Stay on top of ecommerce trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years in a sales role, ideally with experience closing SMB or transactional deals
Self-starter who can prospect, follow up, and close without heavy oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and data-driven — you stay on top of your numbers and your follow-ups
Eager to grow in SaaS sales and open to coaching and feedback
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or selling to small businesses
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Understanding of the ecommerce tech stack or the creator economy
