The Company

What You Will Do

Here is what the work takes.

About 200 new leads come in a month and nearly all are a fit. The rest came to us through a webinar or a referral. Nobody on this list was bought. Some raised a hand this morning, some have been with us a year. You are not cold calling. You are calling people who know the name and have not heard from us in a while.

How This Role Pays You

Two parts. Neither one is a mystery.

Check the math yourself. 20 closes times $300 is $6,000, plus the $2,000 base is $8,000. That is what the seat is built to produce, and it is not your first month. The early stretch is leaner, and the setters who win treat it as an investment.


RequirementsWho Thrives Here

You have one to two years on the phone somewhere real. Solar, door to door, appointment setting, insurance, high ticket. You can hold a conversation with a business owner who pushes back, because you will do it fifty times a day. You are not just selling this system, you are learning it. We are filling closing seats too, and that path belongs to whoever earns it.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to apply coaching
  • Organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office

Experience in high-ticket sales, inside sales, solar, insurance, home services, or business development is a plus.

Our Hiring Process

Here is the whole path, nothing hidden. Two steps to apply, three interviews to earn the seat.

Application. Complete our formal application and answer all 15 questions. Treat them like the first sales call they are, thorough and specific. One-line answers tell us exactly how you would treat a prospect, so do the work.

Personality test. Once your application is in, you complete a short personality assessment. No right or wrong answers. It is how you qualify for the first interview, so it is not a step to skip.

First interview, culture fit. We get to know the real you and find out whether this is a place you would thrive.

Second interview, skill assessment. If you advance, you show us you can do the job, usually with a short role-play. This is where the real setters separate from the talkers.

Final interview, company alignment. The last conversation is about direction. We make sure your goals and ours point the same way, because long-term only works when they do.

This is a performance-based opportunity that rewards consistency and execution.

You'll receive:

  • $2,000 monthly base pay
  • Approximately $300 commission for each closed sale resulting from your appointments
  • Typical on-target earnings of $6,000–$8,000 per month
