Role Overview
Scaler is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and build lasting relationships with forward-thinking clients in the region. This role is a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution—offering a chance to make a direct impact on the future of sustainable real estate. Responsibilities

Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned with Scaler’s sustainability platform.

Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.

Deliver tailored demos and presentations that connect sustainability goals with financial performance.

Shape and execute outreach strategies in partnership with the sales team.

Develop clear, compelling proposals and RFP responses focused on client priorities.

Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform consultative conversations.

Support deal closure and ensure smooth transitions to onboarding and customer success teams.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within Sustainability, SaaS, or commercial real estate.

Proven track record managing pipelines, closing deals, and surpassing targets.

Strong communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, decarbonization strategies, or green building practices.

Degree in Business, Sustainability, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
