Key Responsibilities
- Pre-qualify inbound leads to identify fit within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Confirm the lead's alignment with target personas.
- Engage with leads via email and phone to understand: use case, timing, budget
- Schedule first sales meetings between the lead and account executive (AE).
- Research and prospect target accounts to build a robust pipeline.
- Craft and execute personalized email sequences.
- Qualify interested prospects by identifying:Use caseTimingBudgetSchedule initial meetings between prospects and AEs.
- Support marketing campaigns by generating awareness and participation, including: scheduling meetings for conferences or field events, driving attendance for webinars and meetups.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a technology-based company.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to evolve and adapt your approach by tracking results with data-driven insights.
- Enthusiasm for identifying and connecting with prospects.
- Comfort with CRM and scheduling tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Calendly.
- Experience with prospecting tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
