About the role
We're looking for a hungry SDR to run outbound and book meetings with dental practices. This is a phones-first role; you'll spend your day calling, emailing, and working accounts alongside the founding sales team. This is a great fit for someone early in their sales career wanting to learn at a fast-paced startup, prove themselves, and be on the cutting edge of AI.

What you’ll do
  • Drive new business pipeline by prospecting into dental practices across the U.S.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and social) to engage decision-makers such as practice owners, office managers, and operations leaders
  • Tailor messaging to different personas within a practice, highlighting how Janie improves operational efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, converting interest into booked meetings
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline within our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to develop strategic outreach plans and improve conversion rates
  • Continuously refine your prospecting strategy through testing, iteration, and feedback from the team

What you bring
  • 6–12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience (SDR/BDR experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • High energy, self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into a closing role
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once
  • Interest in healthcare/dentistry and a desire to help modernize the patient experience
