Your Responsibilities
Conduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads
Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships
Your Profile
Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 years
Fluent Spanish for client communication and good level of English for internal coordination
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time
Forex trading knowledge is mandatory
A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
