The Sales & Customer Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our sales and customer success teams across With Intelligence’s business intelligence product suite.
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our expanding night shift team focused on USA-based customers. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and exhibit a positive attitude toward their work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the sales and customer success teams.
- Serve as the first line of support for our customer-facing teams and the customers themselves.
- Manage lead conversion and assignment to the sales team.
- Ensure data integrity, driving the accuracy of customer data to help commercial teams achieve their objectives.
- Conduct account administration activities with the goal of driving customer usage.
- Manage and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
- Perform data cleanup and conversion in our systems and Salesforce.
- Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Strong multitasking ability with effective time management skills.
- Resourceful with good research skills.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
- Able to take constructive feedback and eager to learn new skills.
- Diligent, proactive, and responsible, comfortable with accountability.
- Able to work independently and within a team; primarily can work on SGT 4:00 pm to 1:00 am or SGT 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
- Is willing to be in a 1-year contractual employment - (Maternity Cover)
