Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records, with special attention to import-related documentation and customs procedures.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status, including import shipments and logistics updates.
  • Coordinate import customs clearance and logistics with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) and external agents to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management.

  • Fluent English in listening and speaking (mandatory)
