Assist Machine Salesmen and Sales Management with equipment information regarding pricing, specifications, availability, programs, and attachments for their marketing needs. Orchestrate the complete machine order fulfillment process once an order is received.
Job Responsibilities
This individual will provide information to our sales force to assist in the selling of equipment. including:
- Price equipment, attachments, and accessories as well as specs and programs.
- Research and network with our manufacturers and suppliers to attain information as needed.
- Assemble information in a database and send it out to the sales force.
- Process requests for special pricing and discount as well as search for the proper equipment and attachments to fulfill the orders
- Champion the order fulfillment process of preparation and delivery of the equipment to the end users.
- Communicate the orders to the manufacturers and suppliers giving instructions on the fulfillment of those orders.
- Direct branch personnel with machine preparations and contact haulers to deliver the equipment.
- Follow up after the sale such as freight and attachment invoices and the reconciliation of the transaction.
- Other projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Four-year bachelor’s degree with a major in a business-related field required
- Good understanding of the construction equipment business is not required but would be beneficial
- Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and must possess good computer skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and haulers
- Ability to successfully pass background & drug screen
Skills Required
- Four-year bachelor's degree in business-related field

- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
