The Role

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Revenue Strategy & Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Account Management functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a semi client-facing role. You will engage with clients on commercial and contractual queries, while also working closely with internal teams such as Finance and Legal to manage requests through to completion. You will be the internal owner of HubSpot process quality and reporting and a key driver of continuous improvement across Sales and Account Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Contractual Coordination (Semi Client-Facing)

  • Act as a point of contact to support and manage our clients commercial and contractual requests.
  • Own requests end-to-end, coordinating with Finance, Legal and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation and progress tracking across all requests.
  • Escalate blockers appropriately to protect deal momentum and client experience.

HubSpot Ownership & Reporting:

  • Own and refine HubSpot structure, workflows, governance and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and drive team adherence to process standards.
  • Build and manage dashboards for pipeline visibility, performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Train and support Sales and AM users on best practice HubSpot usage.

Pipeline Governance & Team Support

  • Support pipeline hygiene across Sales and Account Management, ensuring opportunities are accurately maintained.
  • Prepare regular pipeline and activity reporting with actionable insights.
  • Support Sales & Account Management team queries related to process, CRM and reporting.
  • Help Sales and account managers maintain reporting discipline and operational consistency.

Process Improvement Across Sales & Account Management

  • Identify and improve inefficiencies across Sales and Account Management workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, CSM, POM and Finance to drive internal alignment and execution speed.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years in sales coordination, revenue operations, commercial operations or similar role.
  • Strong demonstrable HubSpot knowledge (admin, workflows, reporting, governance and user enablement).
  • Experience handling commercial and contractual workflows with internal stakeholders (eg client, Account management, Finance & Legal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-led mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or payments.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
