Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to both our customers and sales team, ensuring seamless operations throughout the order-to-cash process and related activities. What you will be responsible for:
Order-to-Cash Lifecycle Support:
- Manage the full order-to-cash process using NetSuite ERP, including order entry, invoicing, credit memos, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to optimize order processing and account management workflows.
Surgeon and Healthcare Facility Onboarding:
- Oversee the addition of new surgeons and healthcare facilities into Treace’s systems to ensure seamless product access.
Customer Support and Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing general inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve product or service-related issues promptly, ensuring positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Onboard new distributors, facilitating their integration into Treace systems and ensuring smooth operational collaboration.
Inventory Management and Orders:
- Place inventory orders for customers, distributors, and employees as needed, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Assist in sales and inventory analysis, providing insights and reports for internal use and decision-making.
- Process product returns and credits in compliance with established departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a team-focused office setting supporting a sales team.
- Medical device experience or knowledge a plus.
