Job Summary:
The Commercial Leader will be responsible for commercializing our capabilities, driving positioning, developing marketing strategies, and guiding product design. This role will be pivotal in creating and executing strategies to sell our services as well as SaaS products through partnership channel, ensuring strong external relationships, lead market share in channels and successful market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercialization & Marketing:
Develop and execute positioning strategies for new and existing products and services.
Create compelling pricing strategies to maximize market potential and profitability.
Generate marketing collateral to support product promotion and awareness.
Publicize products through various channels, including social media, press releases, and events.
Drive awareness and engagement among channel partners and sales teams.
Product Direction & Development:
Provide strategic direction for SaaS product development and feature enhancements.
Collaborate with product design teams to ensure alignment with market needs and trends.
Guide product roadmap to ensure competitive advantage and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Partnerships:
Lead efforts to sell SaaS products through partnerships and alliances.
Identify and cultivate strong external partnerships to support product and business growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications:
Exposure to tech and CPG industry would be a big plus.
Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Strong knowledge of product development, marketing strategies, and partnership management.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in positioning and pricing strategy development.
Track record of successful product commercialization and market penetration.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $162,000 - $300,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
