Join the Siegel's Bagelmania Team
Since 1989, Siegel's Bagelmania has been a Las Vegas staple, serving authentic deli favorites, award-winning bagels, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Sales Manager to help grow our brand presence and catering business throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You'll spend most of your time in the community building connections, promoting our catering services, and bringing new guests through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses, offices, schools, churches, hospitals, hotels, apartment communities, and community organizations to promote Bagelmania catering and events.
- Distribute marketing materials, menus, and promotional offers.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and identify catering opportunities.
- Attend networking events, community events, chamber meetings, and local functions to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate catering outreach campaigns.
- Generate leads, secure catering orders, and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Track outreach efforts, leads, and sales activity.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to execute promotions and community partnerships.
- Serve as a positive and professional ambassador of the Bagelmania brand.
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills.
- Previous experience in sales, community outreach, marketing, hospitality, or business development preferred.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person visits.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and in the field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

It specializes in traditional New York-style bagels and authentic Jewish delicacies. The company operates a flagship 10,000-square-foot location next to the Las Vegas Convention Center and a stand-alone deli at Harry Reid International Airport, catering to both locals and visitors.
