RIDEZILLA is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help customers experience the thrill of powersports. If you're a motivated individual with great people skills and a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides, this could be your dream job.
This position offers base pay plus commission and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
Sales Responsibilities
- Guide customer inquiries to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
- Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system.
- Respond quickly to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- Close sales efficiently and with professionalism.
- Accurately enter transactions into the dealership system and complete all required documentation.
- Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
Customer Service
- Deliver a customer-first experience and strengthen relationships.
- Represent the RIDEZILLA brand with a polished, professional appearance.
- Collaborate with other departments (service, parts, etc.) to help customers.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Proactively inform management about sales opportunities and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proven sales track record (powersports, automotive, or related industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles and powersports products.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work within digital systems.
- Motivated to exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement recommended if hired).
