Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their vehicle needs
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Managing effective customer test drives
- Completing quotes and explaining finance options
- Be able to complete a car deal from start to finish under the direction of the sales manager
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
Automotive Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry
- An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships
- The ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation: This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation
