Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
- Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Ability to successfully guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intelligence.

Beaman Toyota is a Nashville-based automotive retailer and Toyota dealership serving consumers and commercial clients across Middle Tennessee. It sells new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, offers vehicle financing and trade-ins, and operates a certified service center and OEM parts department. The dealership provides maintenance and repairs for Toyota and other makes, emphasizing transparent pricing, customer service, team development, and community involvement.
