Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
- Build relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing options.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership's CRM system.
