Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and financing options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM System
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with results driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
