What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive industry trends.

  • Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
