Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Guide customers through the vehicle selection process based on their needs and preferences

Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits

Provide information on financing and leasing options

Maintain strong knowledge of current Lexus models and inventory

Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure an outstanding ownership experience

Follow up with prospects and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business

Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
