Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Kia vehicles.
  • Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, policies, and financing options.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up to maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and knowledge of the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Kia brands.
