Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with partners and distributors to identify their business needs and deliver customized software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and present effective proposals.
  • Drive sales initiatives and strategies to meet revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Forge connected strategy for the region, ensuring effective demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage relationships and grow entitlement with end customers and partners, while ensuring efficient solution deployment and meeting value propositions and KPIs.
  • Be responsible for the overall connected strategy AOP for the region for BMS channel.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • SaaS/software sales experience within the Building domain (Fire, Security or Building software), and driving Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Experienced in engaging with partners, distributors and end customers to identify their business needs and deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Experience with demand/lead generation and conducting effective demos customised to customer needs.
  • Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and present compelling proposals.
  • Successful in implementing sales initiatives and strategies, achieving revenue targets, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring efficient solution deployment while meeting KPIs.
