We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sales Consultant who lives for the excitement of the chase — someone who connects deeply with customers, shapes their vision, and seals every sale with confidence and style.
About the Role
Working in a newly refurbished showroom, with high foot traffic.
In this customer-facing role, you will combine instinct, empathy, and commercial acumen to build trust and deliver a world-class experience. You will take pride in helping customers bring their design visions to life while exceeding your personal sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, emotionally aware customer service that inspires loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage customers through emotive storytelling to help envision their dream space.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals confidently and consistently.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely processing of all customer orders.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain high presentation and merchandising standards.
