Full-Time, Sales Consultant, Pay is a Salary Base with Monthly Bonus Opportunity!! This is a Non-Commissioned Sales Position! Salary!
Job Requirements
Qualifications of a Sales Consultant
- Ability to communicate and connect with customers in person and on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to recommend steps of the sale
- Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, etc.)
- Prior retail or sales experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to receive feedback and implement recommendations for improvement
Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant (including but not limited to):
- Exhibit high level commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience
- Complete classroom and on-going training
- Guide customers through our unique sales process
- Present vehicle and products professionally
- Close sales
- Use dealer specific software and systems to complete sales paperwork
- Use Q Bar equipment and serve customers
- Continuously improve behaviors and results
