The Role- Close warm, qualified inbound tax resolution leads — no cold calling
- Lead confident, controlled, and consultative sales conversations
- Identify client needs and sell real tax resolution solutions, including:
- Offers in Compromise (OIC)
- Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status
- Installment Agreements
- Penalty Abatement
- Control the conversation and overcome objections without panic-selling or unnecessary discounting
- Maintain urgency, confidence, and professionalism from the first conversation through the close
- Hit your numbers. Break records. Get paid.
- You’ve successfully closed IRS and/or state tax resolution deals
- You’re comfortable selling high-ticket professional services
- You know how to take control of a sales call, build trust, and confidently ask for the business
- You want a position where your performance directly impacts your paycheck
- You’re tired of wasting time on weak, unqualified leads
- You’re self-motivated, competitive, and accountable — you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to perform
- You know how to handle objections, create urgency, and close
- You don’t have a proven track record of closing

We’re looking for closers — not order takers.
Compensation: Built for High PerformersThis isn’t a capped commission job. The better you perform, the more you earn.
- Base Pay: $18/hour, full-time at 40 hours per week
- Commission Potential: $12,000–$17,000+ per month
- Top Earners: Earning upwards of $260,000 annually
- Uncapped Commission: No ceiling. No artificial limits on your earning potential.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month

Skills Required
- 1-2+ years of phone sales experience
- Experience managing sales conversations from discovery through close
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
