About the Role
Join our Sales team and play a key role in shaping, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities across multiple services and industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies, drive client value, and support business growth while delivering innovative and competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of sales and capture strategies for complex, single-service or multi-service opportunities.
  • Define and drive win strategies, negotiation approaches, and closing plans to maximize deal success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to align priorities, mitigate risks, and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop innovative approaches to improve sales effectiveness and increase deal conversion rates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making, strengthen value propositions, and optimize negotiation outcomes.
  • Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and fostering sales excellence.
  • Contribute to key business decisions and help drive continuous improvement across sales processes and methodologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Deal Shaping.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Accenture High Performance Selling Framework preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Sales Closing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead discussions, and navigate complex client environments.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, deal shaping, capture management, or a related area within consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex sales pursuits and managing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from qualification to contract signature.
  • Proven experience developing and executing win strategies, negotiation plans, and closing strategies for large-scale opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, delivery teams, finance, legal, and commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pursuit management, and value-based selling practices.
  • Experience managing multi-service or large transformation opportunities is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
