Shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service. Close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings. Senior sales capture professional will play a role in originating opportunities in addition to qualification, shaping, selling, negotiating and closing.

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large-scale, strategic deals, including multi-service opportunities.
• Originate and qualify new opportunities by identifying client needs and aligning them with Accenture’s capabilities.
• Shape and structure deals to meet client requirements while ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
• Drive the sales process through proposal development, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, legal, finance, and solution architects to craft compelling value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
