Role and responsibilities
Customer Roadmap Enablement
Supports customers’ roadmap Enablement for future products by responding to inquiries on roadmap priorities and identify opportunities in local context; for IB&S, by identifying opportunities, leveraging analyses on fab operations and IB&S performance in local context
Collects and communicates the current and near future technical requirements of customer. Supports collection and consolidation of customer input for ASML’s roadmap and share this with senior stakeholders to include customer voice, and/or to prepare for senior customer meetings (e.g., TRM). Supports technical feasibility assessment, customer-specific product configuration, and validation of system performance for new products and/or IB&S product performance. Collaborates with CS Apps in the field
Internal Stakeholder Management
Interaction with peers within ASML. Communication is focused on alignment and coordination. Has a contribution on TRM discussions
Business Development Pipeline
Supports in demonstrating how performance or cost gaps can be resolved by new products in the local customer context, by working together with the New Systems Account Manager; by IB&S products in the local customer context, by working together with the IB&S Account Manager. Supports negotiations on product specifications and/or
on SLAs and adjustments to the customer’s installed base. Supports the follow-up with customers on satisfaction of technical performance. Supports on CS node transition requirements (e.g., support on CS resource availability for upgrades)
Represent Voice of Customers
Supports to bring voice of the customer towards BLs / sectors on customer requirements. Supports senior managers and Sales Operations to prepare for PGP meetings by providing customer roadmap requirements on new systems and/or IB&S. Supports discussions with BLs on D&E investment for new systems and/or Installed Base & Service
Customer Satisfaction
Ensures customer satisfaction on meeting technical requirements for new products. Ensures performance of installed base & Service products in customer fabs
Education and experience
Bachelor Degree, 10 or more years of semiconductor work experience
