The Opportunity

We are expanding our commercial presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development professional to lead new customer acquisition and market expansion across enterprise and public sector accounts.

This is a hunter-oriented role focused on building new relationships, opening strategic accounts, and driving end-to-end sales cycles in highly complex and mission-critical industries such as telecom, critical communications, and public safety.

You will play a key role in introducing Modirum Platforms’ AI-driven and secure technology solutions to new customers in one of Europe’s most important enterprise markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage new enterprise customers across the DACH region

  • Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, procurement, technical stakeholders)

  • Present tailored solutions that address complex customer needs in regulated industries

  • Represent Modirum Platforms at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Germany and wider DACH region

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and presales teams to deliver successful proposals and POCs

  • Continuously monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales / business development

  • Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new markets and build pipeline from scratch

  • Experience in complex sales cycles (software, SaaS, telecom, or critical infrastructure solutions preferred)

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in German enterprise organizations

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • High level of independence and ownership

  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region

  • Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of French, Italian, or another European language considered an advantage.
