The McGrath Acura of Westmont Sales BDC is looking for the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn who will have an immediate positive impact on our growing department. This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
- Follow up with all previous day's leads
- Create customer contact notes in CRM.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
- Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
- Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.

Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
