Requirements:
- Must have 1 year Sales Experience
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person, over the phone, in text and email
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
- Outgoing, positive and friendly personality
- Be able to work Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide Customers through the buying process, ensuring their satisfaction with their vehicle.
- Assist Customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features and benefits
- Act as the liaison between the customer and management to negotiate the terms acceptable to both parties
- Assist Management in ensuring all vehicles are merchandised properly and are ready for sale
