We offer a creative and friendly environment with plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Be part of our next chapter.

francesca’s is writing a new story—one of reinvention, relevance, and bold growth. With 410 boutiques in 45 states, a fast-growing e-commerce business, and a powerful brand, we’re building something fresh in the world of accessible fashion. Following some hard but necessary chapters, we’re now on the rise—and we’re calling in strategic thinkers, boundary-pushers, and builders to shape what comes next.

This is a unique opportunity to bring financial accuracy, operational discipline, and investigative problem-solving together to ensure francesca’s sales transactions are seamless, compliant, and trusted. We’re not looking for someone to simply reconcile numbers—we want a teammate who thrives on detail, collaboration, and driving results through accuracy, insight, and process excellence.

What You’ll Own:

  • Match sales transactions to payments
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to identify and resolve deposit discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot RESA errors across boutique and eCommerce systems to maintain data accuracy.
  • Post sales entries weekly into the appropriate accounting system (Intacct).
  • Research and facilitate guest refunds through accounts payable with accuracy.
  • Partner with Guest Services to investigate and support chargeback disputes and resolutions.

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to data integrity.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of nested & index formulas, pivot tables, and complex data functions.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Familiarity with credit card processor reporting.
  • Strong understanding of process and data workflows across multiple systems.
  • Self-starter with an independent mindset and the confidence to ask questions and seek solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in process implementation and improvement.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate the impact of analytical findings and potential improvements.
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Accounting.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Love the build: You’re energized by change and see whitespace as possibility, not chaos.
  • See beyond the numbers: You know that storytelling and timing matter just as much as accuracy.
  • Believe retail isn’t dead—just different: You’re curious about consumer behavior, digital shifts, and how finance fuels relevance.
  • Lead with humility and high standards: You expect a lot of yourself and your team, and you roll up your sleeves to help them get there.
