Cowboy Maloney's is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales associates to join our team. With over 74 years serving families all over Mississippi, we're looking for people who love helping customers find the right appliances, furniture, bedding, and electronics for their homes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on the sales floor
- Learn and confidently present product features across appliances, furniture, bedding, and electronics
- Guide customers to the right solutions for their needs and budget
- Process sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
- Stay current on promotions, financing options, and new product lines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and point of sale system skills
Pay and Benefits
- Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
- Estimated first year earnings range from $50,000 to $75,000
