Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with extensive experience in aroma chemical sales to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing accounts across India.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts across the flavor and fragrance sector
* Identify and onboard new customers in target industries (F&F, personal care, etc.)
* Regularly travel across India to meet clients, attend meetings, and conduct product presentations
* Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Negotiate prices, close sales deals, and maintain healthy payment follow-ups
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Submit regular reports on pipeline, market activity, and performance metrics

* Proven success in customer acquisition & relationship management
* Customer-centric attitude with strong communication & positive spirit

* Willingness for regular pan-India travel to meet key customers
* Strong interest/knowledge in fragrances, flavours & chemicals
* Innovative mindset with curiosity and big-picture thinking
