Sales Associate

Cape Town, South Africa | Full-timeWe are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in South Africa, where they will be working on the following tasks:Main responsibilities
  • Manage existing accounts and orders as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Answer leads and negotiate prices, volume and contract terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with all internal departments to solve any commercial, technical and/or financial objections of customers
  • Manage existing orders and follow-up on payments
  • Representation of the company’s brand in front of existing and new accounts
  • Compliance with internal processes, policies, and external regulations

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of solar industry experience in a sales role
  • Demonstrated sales experience within the SSA region or equivalent international
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity CRM Tools (SAP and Dynamics) is advantageous
  • Experience with AI tools/Chatbots is highly advantageous
