Sales Associate
Cape Town, South Africa | Full-timeWe are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in South Africa, where they will be working on the following tasks:Main responsibilities- Manage existing accounts and orders as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
- Answer leads and negotiate prices, volume and contract terms and conditions
- Coordinate with all internal departments to solve any commercial, technical and/or financial objections of customers
- Manage existing orders and follow-up on payments
- Representation of the company’s brand in front of existing and new accounts
- Compliance with internal processes, policies, and external regulations
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of solar industry experience in a sales role
- Demonstrated sales experience within the SSA region or equivalent international
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity CRM Tools (SAP and Dynamics) is advantageous
- Experience with AI tools/Chatbots is highly advantageous
