Description of Duties and Obligations

  • Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities, working closely with senior team members. 
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking, research, outreach, and relationship-building. 
  • Contribute to preparing commercial proposals and pricing structures. 
  • Support the client journey from initial contact through onboarding. 
  • Work closely with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and a positive client experience. 
  • Attend industry events in Malta and occasionally abroad. 
  • Gather and share market feedback. 

 
What We’re Looking For 

  • An interest in sales, business development, or the fintech space (experience is a plus but not required). 
  • A strong willingness to learn about electronic money institutions, payments, and regulated financial services. 
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and grow a professional network over time. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of targets and personal development. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative attitude. Comfortable asking questions and learning from senior team members. 
  • Based in Malta with flexibility to travel when needed.
