The Sales Associate Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of ARNE. You will create an exceptional experience for every customer, helping them discover the brand, find the right product and leave wanting to come back. You will bring energy to the shop floor, know the product inside out and work closely with your team to keep the store looking great and performing strongly.
What The Sales Associate Will Be Doing
Welcoming and engaging customers throughout their journey in store
Building rapport, sharing product knowledge and making relevant recommendations
Supporting customers with enquiries, after-sales questions and returns
Staying up to date with product launches, campaigns and key trends
Driving sales through authentic, confident and customer-first conversations
Processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
Supporting visual standards, replenishment and general store presentation
Working as one team to deliver a brilliant experience, even at the busiest times
