Requirements
What you’ll do as the Sales Associate:
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance techniques
- Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience
- Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs
- Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals
- Ensure that, as part of the delivery process, all customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
What you’ll need to be our Sales Associate:
- Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
- Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results
- Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
