About the role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

- Customer Service - through your passion for our products, you’ll be delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till
- Brand Bra Experience - providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best
- Visual Merchandising - with the training provided you’ll be owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the things they didn’t even know they needed!
- Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures
About you

Skills Required
- Availability to work the listed shifts (Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri evenings totaling 19.25 hours/week)
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to assist customers with purchases and operate the till
- Provide brand bra fitting experience and product advice
- Perform visual merchandising and maintain product presentation
- Maintain store standards including stock replenishment, managing deliveries, loss prevention, health & safety
- Team player who is flexible and supportive
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge through training
